A LITTLE BIT OF ME….

” LOCKDOWN” …. BLESSING IN DISGUISE!!!

From last few days our life actually ceased or we actually started living???

Superficially thinking it does seem to be ceased in context to not going to work places, schools, markets etc.But after stopping of all this paraphernalia of life actually nothing stopped in our lives.Things surely took a different course in the sense that our days are just not passing in a hush hush, nights r not restless, we are feeling every moment of our life, family members are doing all mundane chores instead of the maid servants, no worries of dressing up, people have started cooking all 3 meals in their own kitchens.Listening from our parents n grandparents ,we can relate that this used to be their life way back. After few of early hiccups , I feel even we all our loving this so called imposed lockdown barring few moments .Somewhere deep in our subconscious minds we all have wished to live this kind of ‘stress free’ life though we never imagined that it would become a reality too some day. In number of watsapp groups It’s heartening to see that neighbors are getting connected now in terms of asking for kitchen condiments, old school text books for children for the new session and even asking for lending some cash as it’s not easy to be on the roads for these daily needs. So finally we are back to basics ….and our culture otherwise also stands for ” vasudev kutumbukam”.Everyone is learning to manage with limited resources which itself is a high management skill.
During this time of lockdown our honourable prime minister is really doing wonderful work which no one can deny. His timely addresses to the nation are treat to the ears and act as moral booster. The most adorable part is that he understands the human psyche so very well as everyone must have noticed that during his speeches he starts by appreciating his countrymen for co – operating, validates their difficulties in quite elaborated words . Then before cracking the further announcement he makes a base for it so that people are receptive to what he is going to say . In nutshell he possess all the qualities of a good orator. Three cheers to his way of delivering!!! This appreciation is genuinely for the rare virtue which he possesses and not in anyways in support of any political agenda, party or ” siyaasat”.During this period some of us are cultivating good habits or hobbies or finishing the much pending works and many more other things. At the end of lockdown if any one doesn’t feel refreshed or changed ( wherever one feels the need) then certainly it was not due to lack of time but lack of discipline.
Also this period should be termed as “SLOWDOWN”…rather than lockdown!!!
